How to Get Started...
In order to give you some insight into the services we provide at Animal Welfare Consultations, I wanted to lay out the step-by-step process of having me consult with your organization.
1) Meeting with Prospective Client
Prior to submitting any proposal, I will meet with representatives of your organization, either in person or on the telephone. This will give me a chance to help you determine what assistance I may be able to provide.
2) Submit Proposal for Consideration
After the meeting, I will put together and submit a comprehensive proposal to you for consideration, including the types of services to be provided and an estimated length of time required.
3) Follow Ups If Necessary
From time to time, follow up meetings are required to discuss the prosposal in more detail, including possible adjustments and additions.
4) Negotitate Contract for Services
If the proposal is accepted, Animal Welfare Consultations will then negotiate with you a contract for services, based on the proposal.
5) Consultation
Once the contract is completed and signed, we would be ready to move forward. I will travel to the location, as in most cases that is necessary. The duration of the consultation will depend on the type of service provided and the contract negotiated. Also, it is possible that future consultations would be necessary -- dependant on the nature of the situation.
